Charlotte Live Music Events Calendar, Band News & More 6/4/08-6/11/08

CHARLOTTE EVENTS WEEKLY NEWSLETTER June 4, 2008 - June 11, 2008

“I was out to destroy the audience. I wanted to destroy 'em, just make the toughest dude in the crowd pat his foot. I'd find a groove to get 'em by watching feet, and once I got one guy moving, I'd start working on the dude sitting next to him.” ~ Bo Diddley ~ (December 30, 1928 – June 2, 2008)

(Be sure to read/scroll to the end of the newsletter for special announcements and band news.)

Readers' Comments:

"Hey Laurie, I hope you're doing well! I was looking on your music blog and am amazed at how you keep track of all of this music going on in Charlotte... and excited to see that there is one place to go to find live local shows. I feel like I always accidentally miss something and find out about it weeks later, but not anymore!" Christie - Habitat for Humanity - Charlotte
