**Friday, November 6th. The Sylvia Theater, York, SC 9pm - A night of rock and roll The Young Ages, Mannish Boys, and the Good Bad and the Ugly. The Young Ages were one of the most popular Charlotte bands in the 1960s. The Mannish Boys are led by Jake Berger and Les Moore. (Les Moore's debut 1973 album was recently reissued all over the world.) And the Good Bad & the Ugly, led by longtime Spongetone Pat Walters were one of the top bands in NC from 1968 to 1973, and this show is just their second reunion show in 40 years. All three bands also have involvement in a forthcoming book on the NC rock scene of the 1960s, put together by Jake Berger and Daniel Coston.
