**Charlotte's own Bruce Hazel and Some Volunteers are one of 12 semi-finalists in an international search for the Best Unsigned Band by Little Steven Van Zandt (of E Street Band and Sopranos fame). The next round of voting takes place in late November (after that other Election) via Genya Ravan's Sirius Satellite program Goldie's Garage website http://www.goldiesgarage.us. You must register at the site to vote online. Genya Ravan's show Goldie's Garage can be heard monthly on Little Steven's Underground Garage Sirius Satellite channel 25. http://www.wheelerstmusic.com * http://www.myspace.com/brucehazel
**Sadly Transmission Fields did not make it into the second round of the Dell Lounge judging. However, they want everyone to know how much your voting meant to them. A personal note from them goes on to say "With that said, our good friends, Don and Laurie, have some friends that did make it into Round 3. Their name is Jupiter One out of New York and they could use your votes now! Here is a link to their voting page: http://www.delllounge.com/soundandjury/?id=451780e6-6456-4255-906e-90ccdf193b48." Thank you for supporting local, independent musicians everywhere!
